The Challenge We All Share
We all want to do more to address local needs, yet we often struggle to fill volunteer roles and shifts for our service projects. Each of our clubs has passionate members, but no single club has enough volunteers to tackle every opportunity that comes our way.
That's why we are launching the Rotary Volunteer Matchmaker — a community-wide initiative to build and maintain a local database of volunteers and match them with service projects and events across all participating organizations.
This platform will:
- Connect volunteers with service projects that match their interests and availability
- Help your club fill key roles and strengthen participation across initiatives
- Foster collaboration between Rotary clubs and other service-minded organizations
- Mobilize our community to make an even bigger impact locally
